At Buds Goods, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Selected health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl records, etc.)
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, please contact us at Sales@buds-goods.com with details of the issue. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
